Stevedore Services

We have in-house stevedores who can unload and reload your ship, using the most up-to-date and modern equipment to ensure that the cargoes are processed quickly and efficiently.

Vessel Husbandry

We can arrange for bunkering, supply and repair of your ship whilst it is in port. Our experienced port agents and stevedores will ensure that you are provided with an accurate estimate of the lay in time you will need to enable the supply and repair of your vessel to be completed.

Port Liaison

Ensuring that the port conventions and rules are adhered to and that you are kept informed of the port procedures is one of the main services our port agents offer. We will ensure that you know what is happening to your cargo, when to expect supplies and whether or not any official inspections will be required. We will arrange for your berth to be ready when you dock, as well as liaising with the pilot and tug crews if required.

Customs Clearance

We will advise you on the fastest way to ensure that your goods are cleared by customs. We will advise you of any customs payable and of any delays in obtaining clearance as soon as we are aware of them.

Communication

We will ensure that you are kept fully briefed on the status of your vessels in port so that you are fully aware of when they are likely to depart. We will also pass on any communications from you to the port authorities should you need us to do so.
